The questions UAE business owners ask before a strategy session, answered in plain language: what it costs, how fast it works, how much of your time it takes, where your data sits and whether it fits a company like yours.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the size of your company. AED 12,000 a month plus AED 15,000 one-time onboarding for 10 to 30 employees; AED 20,000 plus 25,000 for 31 to 100; AED 35,000 plus 40,000 for 101 to 300; and from AED 60,000 plus 60,000 above 300. That’s less than one senior AI engineer in Dubai, whose salary alone is AED 40,000 to 60,000 a month. Paying a year upfront gives you 12 months for the price of 11. Your exact investment comes in writing within 48 hours of the strategy session.
- Is the strategy session paid?
- No. There’s no charge and no obligation.
- Are there costs on top of the fee?
- Only running costs: AI usage, servers and software licences, billed at cost with no markup. You see every line.
- What happens if we stop?
- After the initial three months, you can stop with 30 days’ notice. Your data comes with you in a full export, and what we built inside your own tools keeps working, such as WhatsApp flows, your website and funnels. The Business OS runs on our platform and stops when your notice ends.
- How fast will we see results?
- Your proposal arrives within 48 hours. Your Business OS goes live in the first month, followed by a new AI capability every month.
- How much of my time does it take?
- A kickoff, then one hour a month with your CTO. Everything else runs through your shared channel and the Friday update.
- What if we need something custom?
- Tell your CTO. Custom requests go into your plan and get a date in your monthly meeting. Larger ones are split into monthly steps, so something goes live every month.
- Who decides what gets built?
- You do, with your CTO, in your monthly strategy meeting. If you share decisions with a business partner, bring them to the strategy session.
- What is the Business OS?
- Your company’s central system: one database for sales, finance, tasks, inquiries and every other department, connected to the tools you already use, with AI agents working on top. We build it from our own templates, so it’s live in the first month.
- Will it work with our tools and our team?
- Yes. We connect the tools that work and replace only what holds you back, with your approval. Your team needs no technical skills: we handle everything technical and train them on what we build.
- Is our data safe?
- Your data sits in its own separate workspace, access is limited to the people who need it, and we sign an NDA from day one. It’s never shared with another company.
- How is this different from hiring an engineer or an agency?
- An engineer is one person without a team or a strategy behind them. An agency delivers a project and moves on. We become your department: one system that improves every month, a 12-month strategy and a team that stays accountable.
